I realize I have to determine where I am going to train for (i.e. Exp per point of dmg osrs. Tanker, because I think in PvP worlds you need to survive for quite a time.Anyone has other thoughts about this? I like to get as much thoughts as possible, to get a good view on what you are thinking.

Sep 17, 2019  It inherently does more damage against flesh, and it also has a high chance to inflict a burning status effect that does high damage-over-time to flesh targets. However, incendiary damage. Does skill dmg effect the reflected bullets of the deflector shield? Close. Posted by 9 minutes ago. Does skill dmg effect the reflected bullets of the deflector shield? Flat bonuses to attack damage such as this ring scale damage with claws. This stat is incredibly rare and is the most slot efficient DPS stat for Druids. If Druids scaled off of weapon damage they would be a legitimate DPS class.

It's more the other way round. Stamina does not increase weapon damage. Weapon damage increases Stamina, or at least restores it, when you make a heavy attack. Most of your slotted skills will be using stamina, and it's those, not the simple weapon attacks, that do the real damage. Some of the skills will do the damage directly, others will add damage to the regular attacks in between. Some will reduce the resistance of the target, which has much the same effect.
With more stamina, you can use the skills more often, and so do more damage, and regaining the stamina with the heavy attacks will help sustain that series. Sets of equipment you use will add stamina, or stamina regeneration, and so make it easier to sustain damage output.
Critical attacks will do more damage, so increasing the chance of a critical attack, with enchantments etc., will increase the total damage done, without affecting the base damage of the attacks.
And don't forget food. Eat something to boost your stamina, and that adds to the pool, too.
Just don't forget to stay alive, too, as you'll do no damage at all if you die.
The damage from SKILLs of Destruction Staves is calculated based on your Max Magicka and Weapon Damage. And the Critical Chance is based on Spell Critical.
The damage from LIGHT and HEAVY ATTACKs are calculated based on your Max Stamina and Weapon Damage. And the Critical Chance is based on Weapon Critical.
At least this is what I understood from this:

Edit: Fixed the difference between Light Attacks, Heavy Attacks and Skills.

It was that way BEFORE 1.6 though, hence why you are finding that information
It now works like this though..
•Synergy abilities now scale off your highest stats that are either stamina or magicka based.
•Ultimates and Synergy abilities now always scale of your highest Critical Strike stat instead of just your Spell Critical Strike.
•Abilities that cost magicka will now always scale off your magicka, spell damage, and spell critical strike stats.
•Abilities that cost stamina will now always scale off your stamina, weapon damage, and weapon critical strike stats.
